Pot roast
2 £ chuck pot roast
2 cans beef broth
3 tablespoons garlic (minced)
½ cup, onion (chopped)
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoons, Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons basil
2 teaspoons, oregano
Pepper
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Some oil
Garlicky kale
3 cups, turnip (cubes)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons, melted butter
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt
Peppe
Cubes of cooked turnip along with the cloves of garlic in
boiling water for 15 minutes. Then, drain them. Use a food processor to mash
and kale, and add the butter, cream, salt and pepper.
Garlicky baby spinach
1 bag of baby spinach
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Some Heat the oil and fry the garlic, then add the spinach,
tossing until they are covered in oil and garlic mixture starts to become soft.
Serve hot with boiled rice.
Hot 'n' mushroom stuffed spices
3 (8 oz.) Packages button mushrooms
1 £ biggest sausage
1 (8 oz. Package) cream cheese
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon red pepper (crushed)
Stuff mushrooms with the mixture Ultimate Flora using a small spoon and
places the stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees
Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Crunchy yogurt
6 cups milk (vanilla flavor)
4 granola bars, (cinnamon, peanut butter, honey or oats n)
1/2 cup hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, walnuts (toasted and
chopped)
1/4 liter, and strawberries (peeled and sliced)
Put the milk in a bowl. Crushed granola bars and nuts and
add to the milk. All this stir well so that combines all ingredients and then
put this mixture in a cup. Use strawberries as a garnish and serve.
Fishy Deviled eggs
6 eggs (boiled and cut into two halves with the yolk
removed)
1/3 cup, fish, Perfect Biotics any type you want (preset)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dill (chopped)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sprigs of dill and garnish
Caviar, optional
Mixing fish preparation and yolk cooked chopped dill and
sour cream, mayonnaise, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Then, spoon the
mixture into the egg whites hollow. Garnish with the sprigs of fresh dill and
caviar.
